Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee consists of 3-5 members appointed by the Board of Trustees. They serve until they resign or are removed, providing long-term consistency while the Board of Trustees changes annually. The committee makes decisions, on a lot-by-lot basis, regarding construction, improvements and other items specified in the Association documents.

- The Architectural Committee meets once a month to review plans submitted for consideration. These include house plans, out buildings plans and landscaping design.
- Plans should be given to the Record Keeper who will bring them to the monthly meeting. If he/she is not available, any member of the committee is authorized to accept the plans.
- Please review the submission process on this web site BEFORE submitting your plans. Incomplete plans will be placed on hold until all elements are turned in.
- If you have questions feel free to contact any member of the Architectural Committee, however, please be aware that any verbal statements made by any committee member are subject to the CC&Rs and approval on any project is only given in writing after the committee has met. As a member of Cedar Pass Ranch HOA it is your responsibility to know and follow the CC&Rs.
