3. Water rights for sale

4. Cedar Pass Ranch Maintenance Concerns

   If you observe any maintenance problems (such as broken sprinkler pipes, burnt out lighting, damaged facilities, landscaping conerns, etc.) in any of our public areas, please call or contact a board member.

   
   
5. Pay your HOA fees online  NEW PROCESS AS OF MAY 1, 2010 

   Payments are applied as follows:
   1) interest, 2) late fees, 3) fines, 4) special assessments 5) past due HOA dues, 6) current HOA dues

   Payments may be made by mail, through your bank, or online. Send check or bank payment to:

   Online payments have a service fee of $1.95. Follow the directions below:
   • Go to www.parkerbrownmanagement.com
   • Click on the "PAY HOA DUES" link
   • Click on the "ENROLL" link below the password field
   • Choose the property for which you are going to make a payment
   • Fill out the secure web fields in order to create a user profile
   • Click the "Payments" tab in order to make a one-time payment
